Jeff Smith, President of City Wide Maintenance of Indianapolis won the “Platinum Market” Award at the company’s recent annual convention and awards ceremony in Clearwater, Florida.
With the inspirational theme of “Ripple On,” this year’s convention encouraged franchisees to learn from one another’s success and continue making waves in the building maintenance industry. To commend the brand’s impressive growth, the home office team and representatives from an impressive 95% of all franchise locations also celebrated key accomplishments from 2017, such as opening seven new offices, bringing the total to 54 franchise locations throughout the United States.
During the awards ceremony, City Wide presented awards to franchise locations with various exceptional achievements in sales, revenue generation, performance, and other operations metrics. Jeff received the Platinum Market award as a result of exceeding 1 million dollars in revenue growth for the year, having greater than 90% revenue retention, revenue per capita over 40 cents, being in good standing with the franchisor, positively contributing to the system, and giving more than $2,500 in charitable contributions.
