Each year one franchise location is chosen from its peers based on pre-determined criteria to be recognized for their continued growth and success for that year.

Indianapolis was chosen as the 2009 winner from a group of five of the 25 total franchise locations including City Wide Maintenance of Minnesota, Nashville, Cincinnati, St. Louis and Cleveland. In addition to winning Franchise of the Year, City Wide Maintenance of Indianapolis also received the Small Business Commerce Association’s Best of Business 2009 award and employee Michelle Warner was awarded the City Wide Maintenance Sales Representative of the Year.
